Our team
Jen Mathe
Head Coach
Jen Mathe has extensive experience in Fitness Training & Sport Performance. Her personal expertise is endurance sport performance as well as injury prevention and post-injury return to sport. Jen has more than 25 years of coaching experience in a variety of sports and has focused on endurance sport coaching for the past 15+ years. She also has an extensive background in sport specific conditioning for a variety of sports and believes that strength training is an important aspect of endurance sport training. In addition to her education, Jen has competed in triathlon for almost 20 years at all distances from sprint to full Ironman. Her favorite distance is the half-iron distance and she has qualified to race at Ironman 70.3 World Championships as well as ITU long Course Triathlon World Championships multiple times. Jen is head coach of our triathlon team and leads our group workouts in addition to working individually with many of our endurance sport athletes.

Josh Mathe
Run Coach, Nutritionist
Josh Mathe an award winning author that is passionate about using his knowledge and skill set to improve quality of life. He specializes in nutrition for sport performance and weight management, as well as personal and group training for clients of all levels. When not in the gym, Josh can be found in a variety of settings teaching pain management education, conducting corporate wellness seminars, lecturing on a broad array of current nutrition topics, or running through the wilderness. Josh is uniquely qualified to provide his clients with the tools necessary to succeed due to his personal experience as an athlete that has conquered weight loss and injury demons. When he is not seeking out a new adventure, you can find him working with private clients and teaching Metabolic Conditioning classes.
